“Here we go again”, we hear you sigh. With many countries entering again into full lockdown-mode, more and more of us will once again be taking our yoga practice to the living room / bedroom / hallway.
The Covid-19 pandemic has not only been a crisis of physical health, with millions of people facing the mental and emotional challenges that have come with it. Now more than ever it is important to take charge and support ourselves both physically and mentally – and there is no better way to do this than with a regular yoga practice.
